I don’t know if the gif works but I’m trying to use a pid controller to make an autopilot of sorts but so far it just makes the aircraft porpoise violently so if anyone has any suggestions please help
Hmmm. I don’t know if your using funky trees or not, and I personally don’t use funky trees cause I don’t think mobile can do it, or I just don’t know how to get there. Anyways, you could get a super tiny block or something that acts as a tilt sensor (for pitch) and one in a wing tip or tip of the rudder as another tilt sensor (for roll)? I don’t know if you already have that but if you do you may have put the pids correction numbers to high and it overcorrects, and then overcorrects for the overcorrecting. Although idk really, see if this works, (This is all based off a tutorial for an active boat stabilizer in stormworks, where he used some tilt sensors going through a pid to tell the stabilizer what to do, if you want the link I can give it.)@Reuben201103
