I've thought about that myself, it's really hard to find the right shade of gray to make a fake window look " clear". Defenetaly something to consider...
@TheLatentImage hmm... Just a thought but, how about the ability to make blocks have a slider bar for the transparency of the block, or the glass panel, like the difference of transparency between the front and back windows of a car.
Maybe have something more along the lines of a glass structural panel. You could make sheets of glass to use as windows. They could have a reflective and sun glare effect.

@Agentchewy9 they would have a glare or reflection.
I think it would be confusing if you used see-through blocks because you wouldn't know where they were.
