Ok so mods can have NO STANDING ARGUMENTS. This means they can have noone blocked, and can't be blocked by anyone. He is both. Also he likes to unblock someone, take a jab at them, and then block them again. This extremely frowned upon.

i love bogdanX but he can get pretty arrogant, and i've seen him straight up tell people their builds are piss poor
