I had the idea for a plane that has big doors on one side and little people(with cameras for heads) that can jump out. If any one can make this I think it would be cool.

It's not quite what you're asking for, but my Cessna Skymaster has two first-person cameras that it can drop and semi-simulate skydiving. Also bombs.
Fair warning though, it's an older plane that I built before I knew how to edit the XML so it's probably a little sluggish.

You would have to eject the passenger block out on the tarmac. nearly impossible to make them do it without looking like their breaking their necks
