Hi guys, I'm making an F-14B and I did it so that the structural limit on the aircraft is 6.5Gs. Basically it explodes when you exceed it.
Now I know irl they had springs and dampeners connected to the control stick to give the pilot feedback on how many Gs s/he was pulling.
What I want to do is make the Pitch less sensitive to changes as I get closer to the 6.5G structural limit. I'm quite new to Funky Trees, in fact just started experimenting yesterday, so I'm looking for some advice. I was thinking of a dampening system so even if the input is sudden the output changes more slowly. How can I implement this?
@jamesPLANESii That may be way to approach it. I can make a fucntion so that for a given load factor (x = G) it will give out the maximum pitch input = f(G). Then I guess I can use the min() function to select between my given pitch input and the maximum allowable input f(G)
Try plugging a bunch of random equations into Desmos. That's what I do when I'm stuck lol
