How I Create My No Drag Parts
I usually create a fuselage block in the main menu
first, then disable drag and disable calculate drag .If I am going to build other part I have first:
*Select the part
*first go into XML settings to disable drag and disable calculate drag and set "true" to the disableAircraftCollision
Text below Is optional.
*Then put it in sub assembly (I usually make a category name
first before I do anything thing.
(I just called it No drag section, but all the sub assembly name I give to each part Is going to start with "NO"so there may be alot of parts starting with "N's" in sub assembly section)
*If you are going to do this please write this as a example: "No drag prop engine 1" this would refer to the first propeller engine to use in the designer area.
The text above is Optional.
*After that I put the part on my design and use the parts settings(if the part I use has settings)
*So after if I finish the design that I create I check the drag settings on the exit menu.
Also this take alot of time to create a creation and the even if it has 500+ parts (may only lag when in the loading screen),but after that, the Creation will be running like a bullet, even in High graphic/display settings MAX OUT!!!
PICD Has some secret Unit and Center that special design in making sure the all the machines has on drag, only may mech have drag but even so there are mech that can fly.
So has I say the design take time to create. Read my bio by just clicking my username for more info.
P.S
Sometime even with no drag there is the aerodynamical force of the Creation that some give little to large drag points. Just ignore it because even with it the aircraft can still fly in high Display Settings.
This could help if you are building any creation.
