So, I just download SimplePlanes from Google store for 1$ ( You know why ) ( My phone Os is android ) I open the game check mods what do I have and I found 2 mod "Fine tuner" and "Overload" and I say "Cool, mods" and go to website to find more Mods ( What I download is Variable wing, Jet engine and Aeroclub map )
And I download some and use ZARchiver to put the mod into the mods ( Mods file already there when I download for the firstime ) in the mods file ofcourse and I restart the game and go to the mods to turn on the mods that I just download and it didn't work because of "This icall is not supported by ill2cpp." ( color Red when I try to activate the mods ), so, how do I make it work? I follow everystep that I found both website and youtube and it doesn't work. Only working mods is just "Fine tuner" and "Overload", how do I fix it/make it work?
(Sorry for wasting your time reading this)

Is there anyway to add mods to the game on Android?
@MikoyanGorevich21 I don't know all of them
@AsteroidAsteroidTheBook What maps? I'll download it.
Mods don't work on mobile anymore. There are a couple of mod plugins that work, but those are just maps.

For android, I think it's something with Unity version conflict, or Google policy conflict relating to 32-bit vs 64-bit. Probably both combined, but I don't wholly remember. Try checking through Andrew's forums and the dev blog.
As for iOS, it's Apple user policy that disallows mods. Plugins, however, like the Superfleet, are still viable through the iOS Files app.
.
TL;DR, Apple doesn't allow mods, and Android has implemented a system that doesn't support mods.
Either way it's out of the devs' hands, and they can't do anything about it. I'm sorry, but that's how it is.
@Defalt1 Why is not available?
Mods no longer avaible for Mobile devices
