last week, there was a storm hit manila (where I live) Before that, I was watching typhoon updates until 12am, It was said that (the inner rainband)it will hit manila and its surrounding provinces and it made me more scared (typhoon rarely hit manila directly 3 times this was my 4th time), so I decided that all of my family's devices full charged in case of brownout/power outage. So I watched news until midnight when we decided to go sleep. Winds were strong even before 12 am. Shortly after I laid down, the electric fan went on/off 5 times and even when i was watching news earlier the lights went on/off for 5 nanoseconds but the 5th time it just went off/on but after that the electric fan stopped working. So i realised we had a power outage. With no electricity for the electric fan, we slept but it was hot inside my moms bedroom. So I decided to open the window and it was cold again. I was unable to sleep properly and I woke up at like 8 time's. At the 6th time I woke up, there was a creepy emergency alarm going on and the alert tone was creepy (ndrrmc alarm) It was so creepy that I closed my ears so i could not hear it again the next time it goes off. (That how im creeped at those type of alarm's and it looks like I'm in America (USA has those same creepy alarm's but with a long beep at the start then also a little long beep, similar to Philippines emergency alarm)
Ps. Im in Philippines (I'm pinoy) and I live at the southern part of manila. The northeast part was most affected (unusually floody it was a 2 meter flood)
