@QuitePossiblyMangled ahaha, I think it will take many times longer. Of course, when it comes to big movies, I think that the music should be written specifically for scenes from the film, as it really immerses the viewer in the atmosphere of the story, which is transmitted by the director and screenwriter. When I create short films for my college projects, I use open sources with mp3 files, for example https://bob-marley.rabbit-mp3.com/. I think that I don't need to use something more authorial yet, since it takes a lot more time and effort to send a request for permission and so on. I still have enough of such services for college.
@thebanbehindtheslaughter no problem
@WiiMini hehe bro thanks
from @thebanbehindtheslaughter, or my own playlist, but the Ukrainian songs come in handy for Eastern European builds, and they're bangers
@TheNightmareCompany Best way is to search for songs under Creative Commons, which means you can use the song without asking to as long as you provide credit. To use, use an MP3 converter to download the file. Then import it into your editor and do what you want with it. You can also search up free to use music.
You can also use music from the public domain if you can find any there. You don't have to credit the creator, but you really should. Just don't claim it as your own.
Remember to credit people and make sure it's not copyrighted. You can get in serious trouble for using copyrighted music, especially on youtube.
@XP @QuitePossiblyMangled I'm using Open Shot Video Editor and I'm trying to figure out how to download or get sound/music files for my videos.
Remember, you can always write your own music and use it
