Introduction and overview:

First of all, you might have heard of this country before. I tried to launch it a week ago, but there were many problems. I am re-launching it now with new information, a better discord server, and more details. Now… The introduction:

SimplePlayersUnitedRepublic (SPUR) is a country of SP players that has been made for us to help each other, learn, and have fun. It has its own government, military, and building group.

It has its own Steam and Discord group, and the invite links are below:

Purpose:

The overall purpose of SPUR is to help each other, learn, and have fun.

The purpose of the government:

To help govern the country, lead the nation in war, etc.

The purpose of the military:

To defend SPUR and other civilians (in MP) against trolls or other enemies.

Building group purpose:

To help new (or old) players, give tips, troubleshooters, teasers, and more.

Benefits:

All citizens get 1 upvote every month at least, normal government officials get another, the President gets 2, members of the military get 1 more, and officers get 1 more. If you are a member of all the government, military, and building group, you will receive 3-5 each month, depending on what rank in the military or government you are.
Also, all building group members will get to have free advice, help, tips, and collabs with the other members.

Government:

SPUR is a republic, and has a President, congress, and court, all of which are elected by the citizens every three-six months.

The President:
The president’s job is to lead and direct the military and help with the overall functioning of the government. I will be the first President for at least 2 months until this is firmly started, then we will have an election. The first Vice-President is KnightOfRen.

*Congress: *
The congress has a senate, with 1 member representing a different rank- one will be for platinum, one for gold, and two for silver, bronze, or “paper” (since people don’t usually stay on bronze or paper very long). There is also a house of representatives, with the number of members according to how many citizens of that rank there are at time of election. Elections are held every six months for the President, and 3 months for congress. The first election will be held in January.

SPUR is a mostly peaceful nation, and its only enemies so far are MP trolls.

Military:

This is for fighting and defending against enemies, and this has (or will) become the largest SP military. It has an Air Force, Army, and Navy. They have the most advanced weapons available, unless we are fighting for fun in a certain era- for example if we are fighting in WWII era we will have WWII planes.
It hosts contests every 2 months in order to always have the best, most reliable craft available.

Building group:

This is for sharing tips, helping new (or old) players, giving teasers, and sharing other info. It also hosts challenges for air, land and sea craft.

The SPA awards:

This is given every week, month and year to SPUR citizens. It was made to encourage, stimulate, and increase the number of quality craft in SimplePlanes. Each of the craft are rated by the following criteria, and the craft with the highest total number of points wins the Award for that week.

Best of week (BOW): 5 upvotes, spotlight if possible
Best of month (BOM): 10 upvotes, spotlight if possible
Best of year (BOY): 30 upvotes, spotlight if possible

0-5 First impression
0-5 Description
0-10 Flight performance
0-20 Accuracy (for replicas- fictional automatically receive 10)- 0-5 shape, 0-5 for accurate flight, 0-2.5 for markings, and 0-7.5 for other features

How it works is the original rating is given by the president, congress approves or changes it, and if there is a tie between different craft they choose the winner, and if they tie the president chooses.
