The Krakabloan VIP crash occurred on April 9th, 1997 when an XPco C-200-01 carrying the Prime Minister of the fledgling Yeager-Bandit Republic crashed immediately after takeoff from the Yeager Airport, killing all 27 passengers on board plus 4 people on the ground. The passengers were headed to Snowstone to attend a disputed conference.

Investigations
Since the plane was a Krakabloan-owned aircraft crashed on Krakabloan soil, the YBR Air Force Investigation Department was sent to investigate. Unfortunately this was a team of 5 soldiers, so maybe not a professional team. Thus other countries joined the investigation, and so the investigation began.
Causes
Initially the investigators believed it crashed due to overheated fuel, but later they discovered there was no fuel loaded onto the vertical stabilizer, and that the stabilizer had hit a hangar door many hours before. The final report of the investigation, written in 2005, stated that the accident was caused by improper handling of the aircraft.
Aftermath
As the Krakabloan Prime Minister died in this incident, 5 days of mourning was declared by the acting Prime Minister on April 11th, 1997. All 192 C-200s in service at the time of the crash were grounded until 1998
(Inspired by Smolensk air disaster)
Why were they grounded? I mean it was the hangars fault for being there!
Hmm... But who could have done it?
Burger stop, obviously
@DefaultSettings
