You should be able to. To use it, I'm pretty sure you have to put the "cursor" thing for mobile on those little blue triangles, which is the connections. Then after you choose one, you have to choose a part to connect it to by tapping on a part, then you have to choose another connecting point in that part to connect it to your part. This is the same as the first one. Then it should be connected to that connection.
