Is there a way to make the jet engine produce more thrust when going faster, and less thrust at high altitude. I can't seem to make an FT of this.

Example:
+0.1 at 0mph
+0.2 at 10mph
+0.3 at 25mph
+0.5 at 100mph

-0.2 at 1500 ft
-0.5 at 3000ft
