all in water nothing left on the surface. but, all engines will stop work under surface, how to fix this?

The Ocean mod has a very cheaply made under water propulsion part in with the gizmos. It's just a cube, and has no options, it's what I used for all of the testing. If it's not powerful enough, use more than one.
