KR-49872, the ill-fated aircraft at a hangar in Prosperity Airport during maintenance checks, April 18, 2017
Today, a CMAircraftManufacturing RJ20-200 operating flight AK7386 from Wright to Snowstone, has been missing. The aircraft, tail number KR-49872, owned by AeroKrak, left Prosperity Airport at February 23, 2:05pm and scheduled to arrive at 7:00pm, but radio contact stayed until 2:48am, 10 hours after it departed. It
had 74 passengers and 5 crew. The plane was flying instrumentally.
AeroKrak issued a bulletin at 9am this morning that AK7386 was rendered missing at 2:48am 3 miles from Avalanche, 9 minutes after radio contact with ATC in Avalanche Airport was abruptly cut. Last message from the pilots was they were flying longer than expected and they still have plenty of fuel left. Fishermen from Snowstone spotted the plane, turning south. Early investigation has brought in.
Armed Forces general Gabriel Apollo, said that they will form a committee to aid the investigation and send planes and ships to search for the wreckage, including the black box, FDR, CVR. The Democratic Transportation Ministry and the National Aviation Council will use the black box and CVR to find clues on what happened on the flight's last moments. Snowstonese authorities will bring in the ATC staff for interviews.
