Well, it depends on what you mean by round. If you mean a 1/4 piece of a circle(or even 1/2 or 3/4)... It's physically impossible. If you mean a full part, that's very very very easy.

Its used in my aircraft called framed. You can just take it off that too :)

Do you need it 0.1 by 0.1 by 0.1? I might be able to make it with other dimensions so just specify length, width, and height
