Balalaika , some vodka , red star , hood "Ushanka" and snow camo . And maybe , bucket .

Red star on the door would make it look very russian
Instead of green, go with snow camo. Add red star on the roof and hood, and add Vodka in the cupholders (If there is any).
Galoons of Vodkas in the back, and the Truck is wearing those snowy furry cap with red star on it
