It quite hard actually.
For me I just dip my nose down a bit to create a positive aoa when flying backward, it helps a bit but I'll need more practice.
@GuyFolk its kinda a wierd landing that needs a good entry otherwise if you go to high the thrust retrograde will make you stall and fall down and blow up, also trying not to hit the engine nozzles on the ground, which is why I have only spent the time to this twice

Land normally on a carrier is hard enough.

I can almost picture this in my head lol, come in fast then reverse and go full throttle once touch down to kill off speed.

@GuyFolk I have been doing this for like 20 minutes and its a lot smoother and I do it 4 out 5 times
