I'm building, with Tankistrus37, a flying wing that will be launched from a boat. (The wing is VTOL)
So here is the problem : the plane pitchs up, but just towards 341mph / 550km/h.
I tried almost everything : CoM, bigger deflection angle, less mass, wing loading things, and airfoils. I'm trying to make the takeoff speed lower and more realistic. The plane is overall stable, but it becomes more than agile at high speeds. Btw the stall speed is too high. Do you guys have any idea ?

I played around a bit to get it to fly better at low speeds. It needs a combination of larger pitch control surfaces and more lift.
