@Chaka Yea I noticed it thank you very much and by the way, it took me 7 months to find out how to run the server on linux without problems
@BetaFischYT
I am sure you noticed by now but, I posted your server along with the Japanese server on my post.
@BetaFischYT Very nice. I love how the server doesn't require much to run.
I wanted to save a few bucks by renting a Linux based server but, I wasn't able to figure out how to implement the ".exe" on it. I read something about how to do it. Some package you install on the server but, it didn't work when I tried.
The server I am renting is a VPS out of Germany, they have a server in the USA also so that's why I chose it.
@Chaka The Server is online 24/7 and The Specs are:
Ubuntu 20.04
4 GB of RAM
2 cores
And btw I am planning on a website too.
@BetaFischYT So, I used the Domain name in SP MP and it works fine ROFL. You confused the hell out of me by calling it a ROLE PLAY server. I was imagining a website where you actually played a traditional role play game.
I was trying to access the "website" sp.pogames.tk because, I hadn't seen one of the game servers listed as a domain name, only as the IP address.
I will add it to my post so the word gets out.
What kind of specs is the server?
Will this be a 24/7 server?
@Chaka I can't see the screenshot if this keeps happening just use this ip: 45.95.53.182
This is what I get when I go to that Domain
Excuse me, you correct me correctly ;)
Please help me understand how to access the RP Server
@Chaka I just connected to it and everything works fine and that's not an URL, thats a domain it leads you to the IP.
No, SP MP server at that address.
Have you gone there since posting this? Also, that is not an IP, it is a URL
