The Chance of a missile biting off on a flare are very random so I have a suggestion to add an XML property like "FlareResistance" to a missile that will be the numerical value of the chancentury of a missile biting onto a flare
ALSO, we have fox 1s and we have fox 3 but no fox 2s
Adding fox 2s will create a difference between chaff and flares because right now the both act the same chaff should be for fox 1 and 3 and flares should be for fox 2s

Also, you should have to switch between flares and chaff.
