Why does the nose of my plane keep dipping?

0 HostileDragon20  3.7 years ago

I tried making a Corsair, but whenever I fly it the nose keeps dipping and I don't like having to trim every time I take off. I tried a lot of things but it usually ended up doing nothing or destroying my plane's stability. Can someone help please? Thanks in advance

Check your CoL and CoM , CoM must be futher than CoL. If it does , than try to make it a bit near

This is 100% a problem with the centre of CoL and CoM position.

Also, almost every plane requires you use the trim for 100% level flight. (Lift changes with speed, thus how much the plane dips or pulls up is variable.) Use the ingame autopilot if you want to keep your plane level without having to do anything.
