Take the screenshot, go onto ur blueprints, select ur screenshot as a blueprint, press share aircraft, select take screenshots, take a picture of the blueprint
simply write this for the descriptions

to get an image link you must host your screenshot on a website, discord works too (i use discord)
and for the thumbnail i dont know how to do it on iOS sorry xd
