So sometimes when i post builds, it can get lots of upvotes but sometimes it just ends up with 5-10, so i deduced with my (possibly flawed) logic it might be connected to the number of currently online players in the website.
Can someone tell me the best time to post according to the distribution of active players across the globe? I'm in GMT+7.

As you can see on steam's stats the peak player count is between 17:00 and 22:00 GMT. This means that you want to post at 17:00 GMT so as much people as possible will see your post.
As for the day a similar thing applies. Friday, saturday and sunday are the most active days. Since your post is on the front page for 5 days you want to chose a day that will cover all those 3 days, so wednesday, thursday or friday.
3 EST is what Ive found, usually Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays work best
