- The AF- in the Accilian Air Force designation stands for Advanced Fighter
- Only two Accilian airplanes have railgun weaponry, and three for laser weaponry
- The LAAM (Long Range Air-to-Air Missile) is a favorite weapon among AAF pilots
- Some aircraft have flight characteristics entirely different than what they should be. This is achieved by making the desired characteristics with wing pieces and then scaling and nudging them out of sight
- I recently overhauled and updated a lot of old planes to fit a newer standard, mostly involving weaponry
- All my airplanes (Except a few examples) have their data recorded and are cataloged in a spreadsheet
- The entirety of my weapons system is based on Ace Combat (fans of the series can already tell)
-Not all weapons are accurate to the performance in those games - For each aircraft, I pick a gimmick, mostly regarding the wing shape, and make it into a plane.
- Griffon squadron's canonical aircraft is the AF-09 (Project 8127)
- Project 8127 -High-Vis- is a training paint scheme, even though it is a single seat aircraft
- The AF-02 (Project 8120's planned successor) never materialized due to minimal variation from the base model.
- The concept of plasma wings on the UF-O1 evolved into the plasma wings on a variation of Project 8124
- The F-44, in it's C variant, is still used in the Accilian Air Force and is one of the most common warplanes in the country's arsenal
- All F-47s are now mothballed in storage in case their need arises, and were put there due to rising maintenance costs and strained budget.
- Despite their descriptions, any operational service by Project planes is non-cannon.
- The tailcode for New Accilia Airbase (PX) is used because the desired tailcode (NA) was already in use in real life.
- The tailcode "PX" and/or the squadron number "080" is used by me in various other media, such as short stories, video game custom skins, and other random tidbits. Despite this, This is the only site which references Griffon Squadron's name.
- Phoenix Industries' rival, Cyclone aerospace, was bought up by Phoenix Industries around 2022. They now own all the rights to all their planes and technologies
- Fenris Air Factory, another one of PI's rivals, did not see the same fate. However, the company is suffering from few aircraft orders, as the Accilian government signed a 60-Year contract with Phoenix Industries
- In early stages of Griffon squadron's CO's design, Jason Phoenix was a co-owner of Phoenix Industries (Which is how the company got it's name). This was later scrapped as it seemed too outlandish.
