Welcome to the Krakabloan Democrat, the Supreme Minister's state owned newspaper.

Today, Jam It Up! Inc. a music company operated under Simsek Group of Companies, the second largest company in Krakabloa, came under fire after a pro government VK page called Hackdogists for a better Krakabloa. The page posted a video about the Krakabloan government and politics, which used the music. A day later, the post was deleted, saying that it violated copyright laws. The company who issued the copyright claim to the anthem was Jam It Up! Inc.

The Supreme Democracy Party and other pro government groups protested the claim stating that it's "a form of treason against the will of the people" and "supresses the freedom of patriotism, nationalism, and support to the government, disgusting, utter nonsense, and not in line with the glorious ambitions of the country and its people". The said owner of the page was interviewed by TVKrakabloa. He stated that he will issued a KRK48,000 ($384,206) lawsuit against Jam It Up!. the Supreme Minister stated that it was a restriction of free speech and it is a betrayal and a slap in the face. The company involved, including it's record since establishment, will be placed under scrutiny and investigation, with charges of violations of Article 3 of the National Encouragement Act (known as National Law No. 4988) Article 3 states that "any company or person who attempts to claim the Krakabloan flag, emblem, national anthem under copyright protection or take them off of public domain, is a violation of Krakabloan heraldry and patriotism laws and penalties of a KRK34,999 fine or closure of the company be issued".
Meanwhile, Simsek Group of Companies issued a n online apology, "We deeply apologize for the violation of heraldry laws, and to comfort the the people who are offended by the malignant restrictions to patriotism. Simsek Group of Companies and its member companies (except Jam It Up!) didn't instigate the violations. Despite the damages done to the company, the family and community, we still maintain our loyalty to country and government. We will investigate the involved manager and staff of our Jam It Up! company for violations on their record, and review the guidelines to make sure it doesn't happen again."

Heil Hakdog!
