If you think about it, The simpleplanes community is almost just a bunch of artists, expressing ourselves through the planes we make and sharing our creative ideas with one another. The thing that make this website so special is that we are different people but we all have similar interests and so we can understand each other more.

Just as Minecraft is a game and an art form I think SP is definitely a form of art
I would agree, Simpleplanes is in many ways less a game and more an art program with playability. That simple fact is really the draw of it.
