Different engines I think. Some of them are longer as well
If you link the blueprint you used on here I could probably tell if it was a H or not @OtakuNekoToT
The H model also only has 4 large propellor blades instead of the skinnier 6 scimitar blades on the J model
C-130H has a different outer wing design than the C-130 and it has updated turboprop engines. It also has some more advanced avionics than the original. Most photos you will find of the plane these days will be the H or J models.
