Why do my planes never stall?

    I’m order for an aircraft to stall, the AoA ( angle of attack) must be above the critical angle where the wing can no longer produce lift because of the increased area of turbulence over and behind the wing. For many planes the critical AoA is around 15 degrees.

    Maybe your engine output is simply bigger than your mass, and propulsed your aircraft straight up

    You can try tips from the previous comments. Also, try to increase Wing loading. I think bigger they are, easier to stall

    not enough pitch authority, and your CoM is too far in front of the CoL
