How to block someone: press the drop-down arrow next to the reply button and press block.
When blocked, you cannot make comments on the blocker's posts, and pinging them will not notify them.
You can unblock them the same way you blocked them, find one of their comments, click the drop-down, then press unblock. You must wait 3 days to unblock after you block someone.

Just bully them into blocking you first

You go to the structural section, scroll down until you find the block part, drag it out of the menu and place it. Then go to xml and resize it to be bigger than the person you are blocking, then nudge it so it completely covers them.

There should be a little down arrow on my account name
Click it then the block tile will drop down, don't block me tho please
