What if there was another feature to demonstrate aircraft damage other than the red hue? that look more or less like black holes
All Air to Air missiles when you fire them go directly to where the cabin is, I think they should add something so that you can select where a missile would hit, if the engine since it generates a lot of heat or the cabin by radar. I don't know if you understand me but I think this would be more realistic
Link to BF-109?
There could be the option to make it like WarThunder’s damage model in the sense that parts start to visibly deteriorate, but keep their normal hitbox. Basically, the more damaged a part is, the more holes and scuffs and dents appear. The same thing could be applied to glass fuselages, as sometimes they don’t get destroyed in one hit, and in that moment, they are damaged but not destroyed. The glass could have a “punctured” or “shattered” overlay to it upon being damaged, and then of course break apart when completely destroyed.
@RicardoAs1515 Well yea that is possible, but in general it’d be nice if explosive damage was nerfed by default to work like any other damage though.
@MintLynx It can be done, test the yak 28 that I made
I personally just want explosive weapons like Missiles to derive their destruction from numerical damage rather than cheating past all health and unrealistically obliterating anything they hit.
hopfuly tomorowo!!1 😳😳@rexzion
I agree
missile tracking is way more complicated than that
Also flares need to be updated badly
I think it would be cool if the missile just selected a random part on the enemy plane and went after that. Would make it a bit more realistic as missiles aren’t usally pinpoint accuracy
@AWESOMENESS360 Yes, yes, yes, it is exactly that. It would be great to see it here
