The update is really riveting, while with both excitement and new issues. The question is about the orientation of the game's future updates. Not I am hoping this game to be a "Simperal Space Program", but there are a few suggestions that probably will be helpful.
To make the game freer, the Great Developers could add several functions and parts in the game, which, I am sure, may not be Realized using the API assisting mode developing. One is to add free offset and rotation (no limit) construction options in the interface of the game, which would give players the capability to make anything serving any function that they want to create (and which is important for Android/IOS players because no one wants to do their creation in all those xml documents...). Another one is to add a more customizable structure panel/ structure wing, and that should be one that can be adjusted in various parameters. The third is to add some parts that could be used to build helicopters; that would be meaningful as most players know.
To make the game closer to the reality. The Great Developers might implement several other features. Take the in-game aerodynamic parameter calculation as an example. The function, like others of this type, may make it more convenient for designers to perform their design accurately without uploading their works to the website and check for every parameter. Underwater scene, flap control input, and flame anti-measure equipment are also considerable for future updates.
It sounds paradoxical, that making the game both freer and closer to the reality. However, that, unfortunately, may be considered as the ultimate goal of developing a sandbox game. I acknowledged that in the life circle of every game, programmers, visual artists, and other developers work hard. So these are just my suggestions but not complains. All the above, all those contents serve only one function, which is attempt to make Simple Planes a more wonderful sandbox game running on various platforms.
