Watch movies in English with the subtitles on. If your primary language is not English then you will need to remove yourself from listening and speaking your native tongue. You need to push yourself anywhere and everywhere. That will be the quickest way. Also, if you are corrected by others who speak English as their native tongue. Listen to them, they are trying to get you to that next level. My wife refuses to drop her french accent ever. I just once would like to hear her say a sentence without the accent. I am just curious.
I usually watch some videos with English as the main language. If you are an otaku just like me, then watch some anime or manga with English sub.
I hate reading books and that's how I learning English.
