How often are you being told that what you are doing is far from ideal? Probably everyone had this. It may seem like a bad thing, but it is not entirely true.
Of course, when someone is aggressive, insults you and what you do is not pleasant. It's another matter when criticism is constructive, it has a character that can not be corrected. And this is actually useful.

Sometimes you need to look at your work from a different perspective, from a different point of view, but you can't do it because you have your own eye, you see one thing and the other is different.
But this is not bad because someone else's opinion will help you fix the flaws that you do not see. More experienced people know more, because they are experienced and when they give information, I think it needs to be accepted.

In SP I get a lot of compliments, but in fact I want you to write constructive criticism too.
