The challenge post
1. Under 600 parts
yes
- no any forms of dynamic assist, like gyro or system or something like my [F-AWC] (https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/69OIia/F-AWC-concept-rig) or moveable aero
As written in another rule, the car can only be controlled by the unmovable aero and the tires
and there can only be one engine, but modification with FT in the input is allowed
- Rear wheel drive only
and as stated before, power only from one engine
- Must have at least some kind of suspension (i.e. not the wheel directly attached to the body or only a spring and wheel)
-The wheels must be attached to a moveable piece that's separate from Cars body/chassis and the (ingame coil)spring cannot be a part of the suspension structure, leaf spring will be allowed to be a part of the structure.
that means if the springs are removed, the wheel will not be dislocated
- Must have somewhat realistic handling and performance
-the top speed, the acceleration, and the tire grip
- Car dynamic must be controlled by wheels and fixed aero only
Car dynamic must be controlled by wheels and fixed aero only
Pitch Roll and Heave can only be done mechanically- as stated in former rules
Fix aero means the part that creates aerodynamic force (lift) needs to be fixed in normal driving state, thus means aero on engine cover are allowed, as long as that part it's attached to won't move to take advantage of the aero change.
- as stated in former rules
Pitch, Roll and Heave can be done via torsion bar type method (swaybars) or through cleaver linkages, but if there's a rotator and piston using FT to actively correcting car's behavior is a no go.
Must be in real-world size and real-world weight is encouraged
only Overload, Fine Tuner, and Limitless spin (my personal pick) are allowed
Replica are allowed, but not encouraged
Dead line: 2021/11/30 (tell me if it's too little time to work on)
Must be a successor
@Griffon1usinging the spring part won't DQ u
It is just using the spring partly as the only other part of your suspension being not OK
(I want to encourage other's to build (somewhat proper) suspension system
oh well I guess I'm disqualified since I used the spring part
(I only found this just now)
