@DirkTechno yes, and €300 is a lot to plenty of people, especially to the schoolkids that make up a large proportion of the players of this game
@Skua no it's not, for max €300,- you have a good PC that is able to run SP at max graphics

No, buy a Windows PC.
No cause Windows operating system phones only make up for 2-3% of the market making it not worthwhile to make a windows version. I'm pretty sure there's compatibility for android apps
