If you place a glass fuselage and use fuselage cutting on it, the cut surface is completely transparent unlike with normal fuselage blocks. But, if you take a glass fuselage block, fuselage cut it, then change its partType from Fuselage-Glass-1 to Fuselage-Body-1, the cut surface stays transparent like below:

Can't really think of why this happens or of a use for this though, but maybe somebody else can?
Yep there is a setting called
fillCutFace
which is true by default on everything but glass fuselage, since if you're doing a cockpit with it, you don't really want that bottom face.@ReinMcDeer Idk how to help you but.....
