So There are 8 entrants in the SP AI WW2 Style Dogfight contest.
(For mobile players simply tell me where you want your guns, on a plane you have designed. You can even pick up SP for Steam as your game!)
Before I make the bracket, I need 10 planes to make it a real tournament. If more are entered I will obviously expand the tournament. The grand final winner will get a indie steam game gifted to them.
Rules:
Double Elimination, each battle will be a first to 5 victories, except the finals, which the losers bracket will be forced to "even" the series up.
A victory is defined as any time your oppenent goes down, wether by manuvering or actually shooting down the opposition. If the planes kill each other, both sides will be awarded a victory, except in a possible series victory situation.
The Planes will be spawned in "Close Position"
The above rules are to mitigate spawn RNG.
The Planes can only be powered by Propellers, and only have a maximum of 2 wing guns or a single Gataling/Chain gun.
The entire tournament will be put up on Youtube.
Can I enter with my P-55 Warhawk?

The reason it is only 2 guns is that it is possible to wound a plane in the SP engine.

I was going to nominate this heavy fighter but i read the rules and 8 machine guns does sound a little overkill.
so far i only made and shared bombers.

@Skua Im flattered.i just make these planes for fun. virtual model kits its a heavy fighter version of my medium Bomber J2A.
@CDUflappy your J-2D looks like it would suit this pretty well if you took it down to just two guns. I can't test it on mobile, but it definitely looks the part
