Here's a little preview of a build currently sitting in my dry dock.
It's a fictional steamer very similar to typical vessels often seen on major rivers from 1860s to 1890s, and even later. It would be registered to carry up to around six hundred passengers, and would sail between Vienna and Belgrade, with stops in major towns along the way.
Accommodations would include enclosed saloon with restaurant running in two halves along the most of the superstructure, and large promenade deck above it. As it is meant for short cruises (city hopping), it doesn't provide any sleeping rooms.
Projected part count: 750-800 parts.
Coming soon (hopefully)
@EternalDarkness
Oh, mf I gotta keep my geography up to date
@Tookan it's a Danube steamer. A steam ship on the river Danube.
Though I might actually name it Danube.
@EternalDarkness
So the forum name has nothing to do with the name of the Steamer?
@Tookan it doesn't have a name yet.
Now, color it Blue for specific reasons which have nothing to do with the name

@EternalDarkness yep :)
looks amazing!
@ChrisPy thanks.
ay looks good man might want to paint the deck a lighter brown tho to have contrast between the deck and its furnishings but excited to see it! @EternalDarkness

@BellKitsu nah, I don't mind. Not everyone can be creative, and plagiarism is the highest form of flattery XD
@EternalDarkness, good. I have read a post and it seems to be a country-megacorporation. No offense but, IRL it won’t work.
.
Well, everyone has a convenient backstory. There is Cedy’s CedCo and there are countries. It’s a good thing to always have a convenient backstory, so you don’t have to think about complex issues.
.
Through my lurking, I have seen some users have ripped off the company name like G.Corp, D.Corp, et cetera. I guess you just accepted it or what, since I have never seen you comment negatively on such.
@KnightOfRen thanks.
@BellKitsu well, there's this one :)
M.Corp is simply a convenient backstory for builds, so I don't have to worry about nations and weather they could have realistically had the thing I'm making.
Oh wow, it's beautiful! Impressive part efficiency as well, I would've expected well over 1,000 parts for a build at this level of detail.
Will this be the first M.Corp thingy it ever made or is it an indicator of the oldness of M.Corp’s history?
nice
@CrimsonOnigiri thank you.
With such a nicely polished deck plus furniture, I would expect this build to be around 1K to 2K parts but 750-800??? You truly are a master builder.
