The airport wars lasted for 20 years, and it started with hostage situations from the insurgents, eventually the simple planes army got tired of them, and start a war. Other countries joined in the war, against the insurgents, a bunch of stuff had happened during those 20 years, before the simple planes army managed to push out the last remaining insurgents, thus, ending the war.
