Making things smaller in fine tuner

8,222 Airheaddivision  2.9 years ago

I am on the verge of literally tearing my hair out, I’ve been toying around with fine tuner and so far I’ve been making my chopper bigger, not smaller, I’ve looked at videos online and even those weren’t Able to give me a solid answer. Thanks to someone else, I’ve figured out how to do the scaling, but not in the way i want.

I wanna land on a battleship but my craft is too big.

Do I do something like -1 which I hope would decrease the size, I got rid of the check mark so that’s good, can anyone help me with this confusing problem, any help would be much appreciated

Understood, all I ask of you is to try, which you did to the best of your abilities @ZeroWithSlashedO

I thought I explained it pretty clearly? Also no, I have not seen your Knighthawk or whatever.

I got everything you said except when you said boom, it’s twice as big, you’ve seen how big my Knighthawk is I believe, I want it to be smaller, if that’s even a possibility, not bigger @ZeroWithSlashedO

Have you turned the relative scale off? Because with relative scale, instead of making it the exact same scale for every scaling, it instead adds the second value to the first value.
    Ok, I'll explain better.
    Example for relative scale off:
You want to scale stuff about 0.5 the original scale in all dimensions, it will turn 0.5. Now you wanted to scale it up to 2, you put 2 on every dimension, and boom. It's twice as big.
    Example for relative scale on:
You wanted to make it 0.5, it becomes 0.5. Now you wanted it to become 0.3. You put 0.3, now you expect it to be 0.3 times as big right? Well you're wrong. Because relative scale is on, it will become 0.15 times big instead.

@Soardivision160th pretty sure you can but it gets glitchy… have you made sure to also select calculate mass? That might have something to do with it but idk

Then no, I haven’t tried, Well, I’ll keep this in mind, I hear that people are able to shrink their aircraft through either mods or fine tuner, I really have no idea, if I did, I wouldn’t be asking for help. @X99STRIKER
