I think it won't be a bother to get to silver. Besides, a relatively inexperienced player probably wouldn't need that feature unless they made a really large and functional craft that received a large amount of attention, but they would've likely already landed on silver by the time they make that craft or even while/after getting their craft popular
@BlinIndustry So, when you save a plane, it's stored as a xml file in the game's install folder (i think in aircraft designs), that file stores everything about the plane such as the name, parts, settings etc. When you view a plane on the website that you uploaded you apparently now have the option to replace that XML with a newer one but that's only available to silver players and above.
