First off- thank you for entering, if you didn't enter this one i have a new challenge that tests modders to their limit. i had no micro boats so this is all minis.
modded:

first place goes to-BritishNarwhal! After contemplating his overweight boat/sub i finally relented because of how capable it was. his aesthetics were also very nice and this earned him a ticket out of his penalty.

second place goes to-LePancake! his stylish mini boat was only slightly modded but was still able to compete with the big guns! he followed all rules and made do with them which earns him second place.

third place goes to-UpgradeUndustries! his very fast boat was overweight but made it to third place anyway.

unmodded:

first place goes to-letsgofast11! his "cute" entry turned out to be one of the top performers in the competition giving his unmodded monster several points.

second place goes to-Jacksepticeyecool! His over weight boat was small enough to win me over in the end. it was a ok all rounder which beat the last entry by a hair.

third place goes to-KevokevoMC! his boat was the first entered which may have been a mistake on his part. while his boat was unstable it fit all the criteria and made it on the score sheet.
