Out of boredom, I tried experimenting with canards on my Su-30 build and it ended up turning into a new project, the Su-30SM Flanker-H (Serijnyi Modernizirovannyi, "Serial Modernized").
Being based off my original Su-30, not too much work was done, just some reshaping of the forward fuselage section and the addition of canards and thrust vectoring. The canards make the handling much more stable than the Su-30 and the thrust vectoring dramatically increases the potential for post-stall maneuverability, if you can control it.
It's quite fun to fly around and do crazy maneuvers, like this cobra takeoff.
I plan on using roughly the same loadouts as my previous Su-30 and I also plan on making a special variant.

@Gro I actually don't have too many problems with that (Then again, that's what I'm used to)
It's mostly learning how the plane behaves when it stalls that's difficult, especially when the roll axis isn't level
It's not like PSM superplanes where it points where you want to go
@ReinMcDeer lol, i would recommend changing th3 controlls from the vtol slider to jist pitch/roll/yaw with an activation group

@FadelFDL I could've actually. I figured I'd do the Su-30SM first since it's more unique compared to the M2.
Afaik the Su-30M2 is mostly internal upgrades and horizontal-tipped vertical stabilizers.
If you want to convert it yourself, I'd suggest looking at the Su-30MKK for reference since more images exist on it than the M2. Plus, the M2 is just a modified MKK. (You get a lot of Ace Combat content and other Su-27 variants if you look up Su-30M2.)
