Well nothing happens, if there's a bomb it simply disappears.
You can set explosion scale 0 of a missile and you can use it for scarring players in multiplayer and on spawned bot planes and yes on those stupid aircraft carriers and destroyers.
Fact:-
"If you drop a 0 explo. scale bomb on aircraft carriers or destroyers they won't even fight back!"
You can try it if you don't believe me.

You can actually set it to negative number and it will suck the convoy towards the epicenter
