I am 175% new to SP. I use a Quest 2 in native format. I like flying and the looks of SP. Do people make original environments? I would love to fly around in Bladerunner 2049 Los Vegas or Los Angeles or even in Gotham city. Are there outer space environments? How much can one set and control environments?
@handitover you have exactly 7000 points lol
@jamesPLANESii when ai is actually good
Also your auto generated pfp actually looks really cool lol
@TomLauten The PC version of the game is almost completely different to the Quest version of the game.
While the quest version is a game about flying around, the PC version is a plane building game. The main thing to do is building and testing planes, and completing challenges with them, then uploading them to this site to get upcotes.
About the only thing that's the same about the 2 games is the map, although the PC version has a few extra islands and Easter eggs.
The PC version also has challenges, but it has a lot more. Also the PC version has better graphics.
Downloading crafts is still possible on the PC version, although it isn't as integrated as the quest version. You have to go on this site to download them. Although, on the PC version, once you have downloaded the craft, you can edit it and change the colour however you like.
I like the fact I can edit any aircraft the way I want. Upload it public or unlisted and actually fly it on my quest 2! Almost the most fun I’ve had with the quest! Sometimes I see a newly uploaded craft that I would like to try on my headset, but can’t find it on SPVR. So I have to upload it to try it.
@TomLauten Do you mean airplane downloads? You can do that on any device.
Thanks @BeastHunter. I really can’t find ANY comparative breakdown of the PC vs. Quest specifications. Do you know if vehicular imports are fully available?
There is no way to get custom environments on Quest 2. Only PC users can download mods.
