Optional trailer

Needs a cab, some lights, some random details, and a lot of truck moving equipment on the trailer. It has code for the engine which makes it have lots of power, but slow acceleration.

From the old one, this is new:

• More details, and a ladder to the cab
• The convoy truck flippers are now on both sides
• All new chassis and construction
• Detailed engine
• Code for the engine so it has lots of torque but slow acceleration
• Winch with a magnet on the front to yank trucks around
• The "truck lift" can extend to the right and left, not just backwards
• Support arms which pop out to prevent tipping when loading/unloading trucks
• Trailer is better, and has its own dedicated equipment for moving trucks
• A few other 1.11 improvements
