i had my phone carrier transfer my phone number from my old phone to my new one. the transfer was sucsessful, but now my old phone is permanently bricked. it boots to the bootloader or recovery mode but otherwise its in a boot loop. it refuses to connect to USB, and i cant apply patches from an SD card.
luckly i have backups of what i lost, except for a buggy i was making, and all of my older racecar prototypes.

me rn:

    I know a similar feeling.
I was doing something for my A-level photography. However, when I brought the SD card with me to school to put them on my computer, I found that the card was missing.
Guess what, I never found that dang SD card, meaning I had to go out and redo the photos all over again.
