So, I know you can only Spotlight builders who have less points than yourself. And I know that the button is supposed to appear next to the download button.

However, it still doesn't show up for me. I wanted to spotlight the EE Sparkle by AquiliusEpic but I don't seem to have the ability anywhere.

Am I missing something?
