This is possible?

I would like some of you to ask me if there is a way to make a fuselage block take on the properties of a wing or a structural wing, and if there is no way to do it, please tell me too, and if possible, any alternatives.

It would also be great if, in case it doesn't exist, please, send this message to the right person, I think a fuselage block that provides support like a wing, and in turn, combines the possibility of giving it the shape we want , would facilitate the construction of aircraft for all members of the community.

I’m slightly confused, but I’m gonna say what I think might help. (Warning: I’m not 100% sure if what I say will work)
Step 1: get your wing and put it on the fuselage.
Step 2: get a fuselage block, and make it the shape you want.
Step 3: place the block on the main fuselage, with the wing inside.
Step 4: keep adding sections till the end of the wing.
Step 5: get a fuselage cone, and put it on the end.
Step 6: move it in fine tuner until it looks right.
Step 7: get hinge rotators and put them in the wing, in the middle of a control surface.
Step 8: make more fuselage bits and put them on the hinge rotators.
Step 9: make the rotators movement match the control surface movement.
WARNING: I HAVE NO IDEA IF THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT OR IF THIS IS WHAT YOU MEANT!
